🌺🌼🌸Την Κυριακή των Βαίων ο παππάς μοιράζει φύλλα Δάφνης, ως ανάμνηση της θριαμβευτκής υποδοχής του Ιησού στα Ιεροσόλυμα με Βάγια.
🌺🌼🌸Ο Ιούδας κυνηγημένος από τις τύψεις του που πρόδωσε το Χριστό, κρεμάστηκε στο δέντρο Κουτσουπιά (Cercis siliquastrum) ή αλλιώς «δέντρο του Ιούδα». Λέγεται πως το δέντρο έγινε κόκκινο από τη ντροπή του.
