🌞Very hot weather calls for quick meal that has to be served cold!

📌Dressing: Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, mustard, lemon juice
You will find resistant starch in foods that contain carbohydrates, such as potatoes in this recipe (but also spaghetti, rice or beans), when cooked and then cooled. Resistant starch escapes digestion and is not absorbed in the small intestine. It reaches intact the large intestine where it is fermented by the bacteria that colonize it.
It works similarly to fiber and helps control sugar ,improve insulin sensitivity but also acts as a prebiotic, ie it is food for the "good" bacteria in the gut (probiotics) promoting the growth of microflora in the colon.

》Pasta salad is a pleasing meal, without any fuss,for such a hot day, like today!!
》You can substitute, remove or add any different ingredient of your choice☺
☑Short pasta , boiled
☑Cherry tomatoes
☑Onion, finely chopped
☑Parsley, finely chopped
☑Green Pepper, chopped
☑Olives
☑Feta cheese, smashed
☑Mashed garlic cloves
☑Salt, pepper, hot paprika
☑Olive oil, balsamic cream
Into a big bowl, toss the cooled pasta with all delicious goodies and enjoy!!

Cheese tart, easy to make, delicious to eat
This tart is a favorite among all family😄
Dough
》½ cup olive oil
》½ cup milk 2%
》Just a little salt
》1 tsp baking powder
》Flour, for all uses, as it takes till hands no longer sticks to the dough.
Filling
》100 gr. “anthotyro” cheese
》80 gr. ξυνομυζήθρα
》1 zucchini, grated
》Mint, finely chopped
》Salt, Pepper
》Tomatoes, in slices
Cream
》1 egg
》4 tbs sheep yogurt
》½ cup milk 2%
》Salt Pepper
✏Βy using your hands , spread the dough evenly in a tart pan.
✏Mix the cheeses with the rest of the ingredients and place them on the dough.
✏Continue by a layer of the tomato slices.
✏Finally, pour over the cream and bake at 200o for about 40-50΄
✏Let stand at room temperature until serving.

Zύμη
》½ φλ. τσαγ. ελαιόλαδο
》½ φλ. τσαγ. γάλα 2%
》Λίγο αλάτι
》1 κουτ. γλ. baking powder
》Αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις όσο πάρει. Τόσο ώστε να ξεκολλάει η ζύμη από τα χέρια.
Γέμιση
》100 γρ. ανθότυρο
》80 γρ. ξυνομυζήθρα
》1 κολοκύθι τριμμένο
》Δυόσμο ψιλοκομμένο
》Αλάτι, πιπέρι
》Ντομάτα, σε ροδέλες
Κρέμα
》1 αβγό
》4 κουτ. σουπ. γιαούρτι πρόβειο
》½ φλ. τσαγ. γάλα 2%
》Αλάτι, πιπέρι
✏Πρώτα στρώνεις τη ζύμη σε ταρτιέρα με τα δάχτυλα φρονίζοντας να καλύψει την ταρτιέρα.
✏Ανακατεύεις τα τυριά με τα υπόλοιπα υλικά και τα βάζεις πάνω στη ζύμη.
✏Συνεχίζεις προσθέτοντας τις ροδέλες ντομάτας.
✏Τέλος, περιχύνεις με την κρέμα και ψήνεις στους 200ο για περίπου 40-50΄
✏Την αφήνεις να κρυώσει και σερβίρεις!!
